We, ShinKiya Ryokan, are a small, long-established inn located in the middle of the abundant Kannawa Onsen,
known for having the highest hot spring discharge among the eight famous Beppu hot springs.
While we have passed on the front desk duties to our son and daughter-in-law, we have not forgotten the art of hospitality.
Our clientele includes not only the familiar faces of middle-aged and senior guests who visit us regularly but also younger repeaters who come in groups from workplaces and universities.
Moreover, we are honored to welcome guests from not only within Japan but also from around the world,
including the United States, Canada, various European countries, Oceania, and Asia,
and we strive to provide personalized service to accommodate their diverse needs.
