Kannawa Onsen has a history dating back to the Kamakura period,
said to be founded by the monk Ippen.
With the addition of new cobblestone streets to the old town,
coupled with the rising steam,

Please reserve your preferred time for using the facility at the time of check-in.
Courtyard
Our Japanese-style courtyard, adorned with blooming flowers such as drooping plum blossoms, captures the essence of the seasons.
Dining area
As of November 2021, our Dining area has been renovated. It is now a private room rental type with measures taken against COVID-19. This allows you to enjoy your meals at your own pace without any concern for other guests. Both breakfast and dinner will be served here.
Jigoku-mushi
A steaming cauldron available for guests to use freely.
We also prepare steamed dishes using this facility.
Amenities
We have a variety of amenities for children!
We offer a complimentary rental service for baby baths, children's yukata (casual summer kimono), towels, children's chairs, picture books, and diaper disposal bins.
Feel free to visit with your little ones. We welcome families with small children.
Kitchen and Vending machines
For guests on extended stays for medical treatment or those opting for room-only stays, we have a convenient self-catering room. Please feel free to use it at your leisure. (Equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, oven range, rice cooker, tableware, and cooking utensils).
Additionally, there are Vending machines inside the facility, offering soft drinks only.
Laundry facilities
Our washing machines have been well-received by long-term guests for their convenience. There are two washing machines available for you to use freely. (Note: There is no dryer available.)
Bookshelf
We have a wide selection of magazines, manga, and novels. How about some reading on your quiet night of travel? Additionally, we offer complimentary rentals of playing cards, shogi boards, go boards, and hanafuda cards.
Parking Lot and Smoking Area
Our parking lot is located behind the inn, accommodating approximately 20 vehicles. However, as Tetsunoyu Onsen is a traditional hot spring area, the roads can be narrow. Please refer to the access map and be cautious when approaching. Feel free to call for assistance if you are nearby. Additionally, our inn is entirely non-smoking. Smoking areas are available outside near the entrance.
